Winter trophy blue catfish action!
Catching trophy blue catfish is one of my favorite types of catfishing and is always a good time on the water. There is nothing like the rush of latching on to a big monster trophy blue catfish and feeling it shake it’s head when you set the hook.
I have been digging through a bunch of old photos and videos from different places over the past few weeks and am just going to randomly throw some of these pictures, videos and stuff onto the website until I have churned through them all.
This will give you a good idea what it is like catching one in the winter.
A lot of my videos like this are not the best quality because I am usually trying to help my clients get fish into the boat, dealing with rods and reels, running the dip net and who knows what else. A lot of times the video camera has to be stopped in the process.
